I am pleased to announced that our project to upgrade our online Qur'an parallel Arabic-English website  is complete and available for immediate reading.
 
Our site became quite famous because of our unique side-by-side Arabic/English display, but we started to receive emails informing us that some of the diacritical marks were in the wrong places in the Arabic text.  I soon learned that many of the Qur'an websites online had the same problems (apparently all from the same original source text).
 
By the grace of Allah, the Tanzil project  worked diligtently (and continues to do so) to ensure that their digital text is as precise as the printed copies of the Qur'an.  It took me a while to figure out how to build a web application to read and deliver the text from the database, but I was able to figure it out.  It is still very basic, but I hope that, insha'Allah, it will be sufficient for you.  
 
Most importaly, I have preserved the side-by-side Arabic with translation that all of you loved so much. If you have any suggestions or concerns, feel free to contact any of us on this website, email, IM, or Facebook.  May Allah bless us and guide us through his glorious book!
