The Kaba [arabic for cube shaped] is the house of worship originally
built by prophet Adam and later reconstructed by prophet
Ibraheem[Abraham] and his son, Ishmael. The Kaba is located in the city of Mecca in the country that has become known as Saudi Arabia. The Kaba is a speacial house and place for all Muslims in that prophet Muhammad[peace and blessings be upon him] prophet Adam[upon whom be peace] prophet Ibraheem [upon whom be peace]and other revered and loved messengers of God, lived their lives near it and were in many ways connected with it both traditionally and historically. |
